Return Policy

At elizabethgracecharleston, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

Return Process

  • You must report your return via info@elizabethcharleston.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • After contacting us, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  • The item must be returned at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as you remain responsible for the shipment until it reaches the return address.

Refund

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, this remains the responsibility of the customer. Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
